We are not responsible for the number of unwanted messages your inboxes receive. While we manage limitation percentage, the provider executes these rules.

RESOURCES
While we offer a generous amount of resources for allowed options, starting from 1 main domain + 3 subdomains, these share resources of your pre-paid managed account plan.
UNLIMITED BANDWIDTH
Bandwidth (data transfer) refers to the amount of data allowed to pass to and from your domain(s). Your FAIR USE limit is the AVERAGE MONTHLY PERCENTAGE of bandwidth from all customers.
UNLIMITED STORAGE
Storage (physical MB/TB amount) refers to the amount of space allowed to use by your domain(s). Your FAIR USE limit is the AVERAGE MONTHLY USED SPACE (MB/TB) from all customers.

LICENSES
Any plugins or themes provided via our managed services are not yours to keep. You have the right to use them, with their individual license limitation until your managed account is active.
3rd party CUSTOMER SUPPORT
While we offer a generous amount of time allocated to support any problems related to plugins and/or themes, these are outside our area of influence, and we don't have control over them.
EXPIRED LICENSES
You own any premium plugins/themes purchased. You have the right to use the version already installed, even after license expiration. You are responsible for outdated version repercussions.
